The hotel's beautifully decorated interiors and elegant design truly impressed me. The attention to detail in the general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. There were conveniently placed handrails and ramps throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
I would have appreciated a greater focus on ensuring a comfortable vacation for senior people, such as offering more assistance or activities tailored to our needs.

An excellent new building, in a good location, with modern, spacious rooms and facilities, The architect should be proud of the design.
The evening meal and breakfast were both buffets. There was plenty of choice, but the meals probably only rated 3 starts. The majority of guests were on bed and breakfast.

Very central, nice room, good breakfast, nice pool
Very very poor evening meal - do not go half board with this hotel. The meal is a buffet of very poor quality and when I asked to alter the accomadation to b+b only I was refunded only €12 per person per meal. Outrageous charge for internet use - 0.18c/min in a 4 star hotel this should be free. Poor facilities for printing off booking passes etc. - when this was requested at reception I was told I first had to e mail the hotel and then they would print out the pass- pretty strange! When staying at a 2* apartment later in the holiday this was done immediately at reception with no hassle and no charge. Overall I wouldn't rate it 4*

Great location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The spacious rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, a kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The highlight was the rooftop pool, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The hotel also provided enjoyable New Year's Eve festivities. The breakfast buffet was good, and the bed was comfortable.

The personalized service was so amazing, it made me feel like a new person! And who needs a kettle when you can heat your coffee on the stove like a true adventurer? The sarcastic review regarding the coffee machine malfunctioning multiple times, making a mess and having to heat the coffee on the stove, adds a humorous touch. The positive review mentions the helpful reception staff, excellent breakfast, and relaxing swimming pool. The humorous touch is maintained by sarcastically mentioning having to clean the floor ourselves and using a broom from the housekeeping trolley.

Great location in the city center with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The rooftop pool area provided a stunning view of the city and was perfect for relaxation.
It was all superb.

Great location and beautiful views. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and cooking facilities which came in handy. The breakfast options were good and well presented.
The price for the room was quite high given the limited facilities available. The air conditioning was not working well and there were no fans provided.

We enjoyed the natural beauty of the island and the hotel's fantastic location close to the sea. We could view the beach at Playa Ingles from the hotel's palm trees. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast was average, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We appreciated the little kitchen in our room, and the soundproofing kept things quiet.
The hotel's catering has fallen prey to the package-tour formula with overpriced dinners in their austere dining room.

The buffet was delicious and always fresh, with a good variety of options that changed daily. The hotel was located near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and unwind.
The hotel was very beige and dull, lacking any sort of personality. The staff were polite but not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Great location in the center of La Playa, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Large free garage for easy parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices. The rooftop pool area is fantastic. Spacious rooms that feel more like apartments. Excellent swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing too much trouble.
