Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Santiago De Los Caballeros. My 2 nights in Santiago De Los Caballeros were excellent. The service was excellent with a smooth check-in. I could park the car onsite. Variety of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

Quirky, fairly clean hotel, good value. Beautifully maintained and air conditioned rooms as in the picture for venue guests. Unbeatable and magnificent location, walking distance to everywhere. Found in a nice safe area.

There was no pool.

The location is good, just a short walk away from a big hilltop monument. Plus, this hotel is close to things to do in the area, those green gardens, and the monument and the park.

My room was quiet with the lucious green garden as well as a comfortable bed as described. The location was favourable and marvellous for traveling around Santiago De Los Caballeros, right by those green gardens and huge green area and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. It also was close to santiago airport.

The rooms were just like in the pictures, which was awesome. The location was really convenient, right in the middle of everything. 🌟 Plus, we were only a short 10-15 minute walk away from a cool performing arts theater.

We had a wonderful stay that met my requirements, would go back in flash. Quirky hotel, appreciated its accommodating staff and free breakfast. Favourable location to the restaurant, and the rooms were excellent and a nice size.

Clean, budget hotel. Accommodating staff throughout. Particularly good location, air conditioned a double room with twin double beds and the lucious green garden outside and good enough breakfast. Paid usd 94.

The location here was fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a really really nice stay in this cheap hotel. There was good choice of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Its location in Santiago De Los Caballeros was perfect and magnificent, right by the Monument and museums and Puerto Plata. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the place.

We didn't have swimming pool, were a little disappointed.

We really enjoyed rooms with a comfortable bed. Central location was a plus. This hotel was located in a green area.

Beautifully kept and well priced hotel in a nice safe area near to the center of the city, and Venue's Restaurant. Breakfast with juice and the very affordable daily rate, for example.

Clean place with a lovely setting and staff who know their stuff and are super polite. 🌟

Location really close to Dominican Republic, the Monument, and Hotel's Restaurant. Supper friendly staff and quick to respond. Smooth check-in, friendly check-out, air conditioned room with the lucious green garden and a comfortable bed, as for instance.

Extremely rude staff!

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to find and close to restaurants and stores. We were able to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained and the shower had good water pressure. We also enjoyed the free wifi, which, although a bit slow, allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

We did notice that the shower was partially broken, which was a bit inconvenient.
