Room location off the courtyard was nice and quiet, net, Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff were friendly, courteous and the king bed was very comfortable. The wireless there worked flawlessly, even from our private hot tub, the food was beyond delicious and the Peninsular Grill was very good as was our waiter, Ralph.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of just about everything and the Planters Inn was by far the most pleasant experence ever. The service was excellent, the employees were all exceptionally nice and our room featured a large comfy bed. Etc. breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was wonderful from start to finish.

The location is fabulous as sits directly across from the market area, a nice place to splurge in Charleston and the lobby is gorgeous. The staff is amazing and beautiful antique furniture. The restaurant is fantastic.

The front desk staff were excellent as suggesting things to do/see in the city and the location of the hotel was perfect. The service including valet parking was flawless and our room was delightful. Our waiter, erik, a charming Frenchman, made great suggestions and the outside garden at Peninsula Grill was a wonderful start to each day.

The location is great, walking distance to shopping, beautiful neighborhoods and restaurants, the Planters Inn is absolutely lovely. The staff and service is warm, southern, impeccably efficient and helpful, room are very nicely appointed, the mattresses are fabulous.
