            The grounds/pool area were beautiful, after a few minutes I counted thirteen Manatees around us, was great and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Staff were accommodating pleasent and the room was fine. The food was delicious.

            This location is beautiful and just drive down 19 and see the road takes us. The pool area is really nice in a wonderful setting by the river, the waters are crystal clear and the restaurant, West 82, is fabulous. The facilities are all central to the main section of the property.

            The boat captains friendly and knowledgable, crystal River is great. The pool area and pool bar are very nice, outside of hotel is very appealing, neat. The room are in need of updating a good cleaning.

            Beautiful location, awesome Stay and the grounds around the main building are very nice. The pool, hot tub and lounge chairs are all very inviting, the food is good.

            The crystal river area is great, and the resort's amenities are numerous and enjoyable, great place to stay, as long a you do not need to use the dive shop. The rooms are nice and modern and well furnished.
