It's a great location and there is a direct train service to Barcelona - and, yes, the train is noisy getting to Barcelona, sorry!

The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic location, everything on your door step.

So all in all, a good hotel if you want a place to sleep, thats in a good location and not too bothererd about the quality of the booze!

If you are not travelling with prearranged transfers from Girona Airport, there is a bus service but this is infrequent and after 1:30pm does not stop at the town at all.

The beach is across the road via a subway.

Admittedly the bathrooms were small but enough space for one (the person who said their feet was in the bathtub when on the toilet must have been about 7' +) baths not regular size but adequate.

Rooms are very small its the only hotel room i've ever been in where you can sit on the toilet and get a shower at the same time and you have to do a 3 point turn on the balcony to get off it again.

At night the hotel can be quite noisey if you go to bed early as the walls are very thin and people coming and going to their rooms.

As mentioned by one of the previous contributors, yes you really can put your feet in the bath whilst on the toilet, even though the toilet is the opposite end of the bathroom to the “bath”.

The rooms were ok but small, the bathroom was dirty could not take a shower or bath disgusting.

The food was edible, however we chose to eat out for all meals except breakfast so the money spent on AI was a waste.

The bar staff and restaurant staff were really friendly and fun, and the reps were excellent.

It wasn't gourmet food at the hotel but it was tasty and satisfying - we went out to dinner twice that week to sample the local restaurants and one of those times we decided to come back to the hotel and eat as it wasn't up to scratch!

There was a wide range of food available which included a salad bar, a choice of meat dishes, various pasta dishes, potatoes and vegetables.

The beds were comfortable, the bar was fine and the food was readily available all day long.

The maids are not trustworthy at all, they go thru your things and things go missing a lot, ( 360 euros out of our safe, perfum and make-up, wallets, clothes from other rooms ) reception staff and manager not interested in helping,.

Staff there are fantastic and the receptionist Linda is great always helpful.

Staff were polite at all times, and smiles with service.

There is no sauna, gym,jacuzzi or any night time entertainment as promised.

There's no facilites at the hotel as advertised all there was was one pool table and one computer that broke the second day and was never fixed and no gym or solarium.

Place very clean, has free on-road parking down the side of the building and the beach is beautiful.

High speed train going past hotel every half hour.

Our rooms were very clean and the food was good.

Overall an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and the good things - the bedroom was clean.

The room had a nice view, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Ok so it is not 5 star, the rooms are basic but large, plenty of wardrobe space and very clean.
