If you want to spend most of your time in Paris in your hotel room look elsewhere but if you want good value and a place to sleep this is fine.
For the money, you can find a much better hotel than the Place de Clichy.
The thing is, this hotel cost 70 Euros and we found one in a much better area and 1.
Near Metro station, good restaurants nearby - even indian and hotel is on a great location for exploring the city.
The hotel location is splendid - lots of cafes and restaurants in neighborhood.
It's clean, comfortable, good location, friendly staff.
The location is very good – right next to the subway station and the bus top.
The breakfast was nice, and in general the hotel was very pleasant, greatly located next to the metro station.
They gave us a 3-bed room, so there was plenty of space.
The bathroom door wouldn't even open halfway because it hit the bed.

Hotel room is not luxurious, but it is tidy with working shower/bath.
We came back to the states and swear we contracted some kind of disease after breathing the moldy air and sleeping in that horrible bed.
There were a lot of reasonably priced restaurants with lovely food in the neighborhood.
The bar-man (very gentle) gave us brioches, bread, butter, marmolade, coffe/milk and orange juice.
The staff were courteous and pleasant, the breakfast was good and fresh.
I got the same tiny glass of orange juice, croissant and stick of bread at breakfast as my 4 year old so breakfast was a joke.
Breakfast minimal, half a bagette and thimble of orange juice.
The place was very tidy and the staff were welcoming and very friendly.
Low rate and the staff was very kind and helpfull.
On our arrival (we found the hotel easy to get to from Gare de Nord station) we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who spoke perfect english.
Not for those with severe mobility problems , even using the lift about 8 stairs to be negociated.
Yes, the elevator is really little, there is space only for 2 people, but who cares?
The lift is small and we only just fitted into it.
And there is free wifi in the hotel, which is great.
I always take my own pillow ) bathroom shabby but clean & cleaned daily.
Overall a good hotel, our room was clean, the hotel's personell was very kind.

The hotel is very basic, but we found it rather tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The location is very good – right next to the subway station and the bus top. Montmartre and Sacre Coeur are within walking distance. There are a lot of various eateries and restaurants around the hotel. And there is free wifi in the hotel, which is great.
