Pitti Palace Hotel Florence - 佛罗伦萨

The location was fantastic, the Piti Place made our trip to Florence very enjoyable and the staff were very nice.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is in the very nice top floor of the hotel.

In 10 minutes you'll find a great small supermarket and location is fantastic.

It is clean and comfortable and the staff, during our stay, were extremely helpful, from where the tour bus starts to where is there a good restaurant , to organising taxis.

Spent 2 nights at this fantastic hotel in June for my mums 60th, the hotel is 5minutes away from the main train station in a taxi or a 15 min walk.

The room was ok in size, with a v ery big bed, and everything was very clean, tidy, well decorated and in working order.

The rooms have small sized bathroom and only have a shower, no bath or shaving plug and again are clean.

Rooms do vary - we were able to look at room before deciding as we were in Florence and not happy with other accommodations at another hotel.

Staff very accommodating and comfortable bed.

We were given an unanticipated upgraded room upon arrival and loved our newly renovated suite.

Please dont let this put you off,the hotel is bright and clean and the little breakfast bar/coffee shop is outstanding with brill views.

The view from the bar/breakfast room is amazing, the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly.

Tried the restaurant, again,excellent, breakfast the usual continental, no problems with the selection.

30) and then on an evening turns into a bar/ restaurant, the roof terrace offers amazing views across Florence.

The restaurant was on the 6th floor we had breakfast had lovely views over the city and our stay was amazing.

All the staff were helpful, the maid service for the room was, again, excellent.

The Staff are brilliant and service very good.

The breakfast was of excellent quality on the Continental style and fabrizzio one of the front desk staff was very helpful.

Fabrizzio one of the front desk staff was very helpful, but the others tended to be surly and as a previous reviewer said, did not acknowledge us on returning or leaving the hotel.

Being on the top floor had to use the lift, waited a few times but not excessive.

The lift (which only holds 5 people) takes absolutley ages to arrive and you might find it quicker to walk using the stairs as they only have 1 lift and 7 floors.

We did not have a car while there but I think there is some limited parking at the hotel.

The terrace is wonderful, the toilets are clean and the breakfast is excellent.

In addition the lobby is very cosy, the staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Also bathroom was clean, breakfast was good.
