The patio by the ocean superb, the location was absolutely perfect for my 50 person beach wedding and the pluses of our stay: The room was great.

Island is clean and beautiful, location is perfect: on a wonderful beach, this hotel is lovely - old fashioned.

We took a taxi tour for 4 hours on a rainy day and the pink bus on two other occasions.

It takes a long time to get from place to place whether by bus or by taxi, expecially during rush hour.

The room was beautiful, with a king size bed and a million dollar view.

Although there was no TV in the suites, we caught up on book reading and during the election, watched the results with other guests in a gathering room, which was a throw back to another time.

The setting was lovely, the staff was great and the bed was comfortable.

We ate breakfast by the pool everyday, we had lunch by the pool once and we ate dinner in the dining room 3 nights.

We've been returning to Pink Beach year after year; we love the friendly staff, the excellent breakfasts (in your room or at the outdoor breakfast buffet), the comfortable accommodations, and most of all we love the beach and the snorkeling.

The food at the hotel was good, we only ate breakfast and lunch there because by the time dinner came, we seriously needed a change of scenery.

If you enjoy dining at a slow pace and enjoying the food, the restaurant there is a great place to eat.

Dinners were 5 courses if you chose to eat indoors and 4 courses at the outdoor restaurant.

However, the chaos at reception did not spoil our vacation, and it shouldn't discourage anyone from visiting this wonderful resort; just be prepared to practice patience and humor when dealing with the front desk staff.

The staff at PBC is phenomenal, very friendly, respectful, courteous and willing to go out of their way to give great service.

Maybe some beach service would be a good extra, transporation in Bermuda is a bit of a pain whether you chose to use the very efficient and staff is polite and attentive.

We were pitted with dirty looks and stares as our children frockicked in the pool, going to and from our cottage and in when we were dining.

The kids menu was also great and the pool was warm.

There is a little playground by the pool for young children but there really is no kiddie pool.

The hotel now has a fairly robust wi-fi system, but still no television.

The rooms were clean and fresh hot coffee was served as well as tea.

The room was always clean, the breakfasts were quite good and the gym was great.

The beach from the hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean.
