Hotel Pineta Palace is an ideal a place for a restful retreat, as it’s set in a quiet residential area. Although it’s off the city centre, a charter bus service back & forth to the Rome’s major sights is regularly provided by the hotel. There are also a bus and metro stops nearby making your trip to the Termini railway a matter of a quarter of an hour. This modern 4-star property offers the best amenities and a stylish ambience. Lobby area with a fishpond and Oriental touches is sleek and quaint. Some of them have little balconies overlooking peaceful back street. A lovely alfresco restaurant serving the best dishes of the Italian cuisine is really a high standard and offers better value than the nearby eateries. In few words: feel at home!

Besides one of the Suites have been conceived particularly for Congress clients, having available in the living room, a space with table for small private meetings.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. I didn't have any problems with soundproofing, but it is a bit far away from the city center. Tough, if you take the bus that is 100 m from the hotel it will take you directly down town.

Very good value for money. Very friendly staff. Good shuttle service to town centre and airport. Good food but limited choice. Very good information about the town and means of transport given on first arrival and all questions answered.

lack of choice on the menu. Distance from town.

Clean room, nice facility, food was great, close to bus stop

Proximity to downtown Rome although we found the bus stop to be easily accessible.

we were upgraded to their "luxury" floor. seemed standard for a US hotel but was definitely the nicest European hotel Ive been. a buffet style breakfast was included in the price, great cappuccino

card keys kept decoding, 3 nights in a row we would have to get them re-prograqmmed to get back to our room, was kind of inconvinient to get to Rome city center unles su took a taxi at 0600

Room is quite nice for Rome standard. Variety of food at breakfast. Staffs are helpful although not very pleasant. Can arrange taxis to airport at good fix price..Shuttle to city is helpful althouth not frequent enough.Good dining at the basement dining room.

Location is in residential area and far from tourist attractions. There is nothing around. hardly find any resturant..but there is a supermarket about 300 m. away..u can hear lot of noise from the next rooms..

Is not good isolated. You can hear all the noise from outside the room. No vegetarian breakfast. No 4* hotel.

The price/value ratio of the hotel was excellent. Obviously it is not a 4 stars hotel, but it deserves a good 2-3 stars. We stayed at the 6th floor - the view from the balkony was great, we could see St. Peters Basilica. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful (hot and cold dishes, croissants, cakes, fruits,...), that is why we recommend the hotel to others.

The room was not cosy at all, the walls were too thin, so we could hear every noise from the next room. It was very difficult to find the bus stops from the downtown back to the hotel, so we used different lines from and to the downton. There is no free wifi, so we had to use a free one at the balcony... We stayed there in the spring, so the nights were a little cold, but on the bed there was only a sheet, there was no blanket or quilt.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Brekfast is good.

Noise travels clearly from nearby rooms. A bit far from the city center.

Most of staff very helpful, well-informed, friendly. Good value for price. I like not paying for frills I don't need. Restaurant was accommodating to my special diet.

To far away from center of city. Located in a residencial area. Not near by any restaurants or stores.

    - Good quality/price ratio if you are in Rome for business - Lunch snack was nice

    - Internet in hotels, especially business hotels, should be free of charge, not to be paid ! - more comfortable would be to have a Duvet on the bed, instead of the old style cover...

When we arrived at the room, one bulb would not light up and the rest were too dim and the room appeared too dark. They sent a technician to replace the bulb but still the room appeared dark and dull. Bed and sheets were not clean enough. First day - only bath towels; no wash towels; Second day - no towels at all, they sent some when asked. The bathroom layout was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel, because the sink was the largest I have ever seen. That resulted in only a ten-inch space between the sink and the toilet to manuver to get to the bath tub; it was quite an effort. Hotel staff is not friendly; basically, you don't feel welcomed on asking any questions. If you are not with a tour group, dont stay here. Bad location.

By arrival we got city map with highlighted bus / subway lines to get to the city center. Personal also explained the way and we could buy tickets for the public transport directly in the hotel.

The breakfast was not good. Buffet with only one type of cheese, one type of ham, two types of sweet pies, shelves with mashed eggs and bacon were empty all the time because it was the only warm salty option.

The bus+metro is easy to reach to Rome attractions.

The hotel is worth 3stars, not 4stars : the furnitures and decoration are too old. The breakfast is very simple.
