  A real nice welcome and good price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was poor the room was very old and smelly.

  Much more reasonable then other hotels in Newport, good rates and convenient, office staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean large room and great InRoom Coffee.

  Leaking, broken fridge and the tiny towels. All facilities are quite old.

  The location was convenient, pineapple Inn was cheap and close to the event I needed to be at early the next morning, the price was excellent $40 a night. The staff were helpful, the concierge was very nice and friendly, rooms were not well lighted and were in need of upgrading. Front desk gave us clean sheets.

  The refrigerator was incredibly noisy, the towels were dirty and the coffee maker was filthy inside and had something melted on to the hotplate.

  Low price for the area and helpful in getting a cab into town. Very good value of money and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and the receptionist was very nice.

  Convenient location to downtown Newport, very good value and great price. Comfortable, convenient, wonderful staff and the maid was apologetic and accomadating, and was efficient every day after that. The room was clean.

  Good location and Newport is a great town. The staff is quite nice and helpful, the Hot water didnt work and had to leave running for about 10 mins for to get warm.
