Appreciated our stay there, it was really good. Breakfast was wonderful, glorious views, decent location really close to Pincher Creek and area as well as Castle Mountain. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge. Overall the service was excellent.

Think that this safe and incredibly beautiful hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Make sure you stay in the executive queen room with 3 queen beds.

It was fairly clean, staff was really polite and accommodating.

Rooms are a decent size and fashionable with good lighting, 3 queen beds, as for instance, food is fabulous.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Pincher Creek. The room was spacious and updated and with 3 queen beds, good lighting, for example, had everything I needed.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a modern area, near other scenery of destinations, Pincher Creek vs other competing hotels, and Belagio or Ceazars palace. Extremely spacious and updated room with 2 queen beds for 3 people- was enjoyable.

Hotel was stunningly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, loved our stay.

Had fashionable, neat room that was not cleaned or towels replenished. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Lebel Mansion was great. Moreover, it's just off mountains and outskirts of Pincher Creek and Pincher Creek vs other competing hotels.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during our driving trip to the lake. the front desk staff were professional and welcoming, and the service staff went out of their way to look after our group. the restaurant had excellent food and the pool area was clean and lovely.

Doors and wallpaper in my room showed their age.

It was a good stopping off place from Glacier National Park and close to the Carrington Museum. Thanks

There were bugs in the room and the matress was hard.

Comfortable beds.

Funny odor in the hallway. Light in room missing a light bulb, clock radio did not work, coffee maker not plugged in - difficult to plug in as cord is very short; We stayed in a regulalr room - had booked on line in May, paid more than my brother who stayed in the deluxe suite and booked 2 weeks ago. No ability to receive AMA discount because we booked on line - this is not stated anywhere when doing an online booking.

I liked the room with good lighting. The breakfast with french toast and waffles, for instance was enjoyable, you’ll find what you need.
