A beautiful location and extremely nice hotel.

Free airport transfers and perfect hotel.

TV is too small for the large Deluxe room, breakfast is superb and the facilities are very good.

Bathroom are huge and the breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Positive: Large bedroom and nice restaurants.

Service was just fantastic and the room was enormously spacious.

Has some of the best values in luxury hotels in the world, staff helpful and a/C: Room was so big that took a for our room to warm up.

Large room, the main bar is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is the best we had throughout Vietnam.

Bar is also amazing and breakfast buffet is good.

Nice towels, good breakfast/restaurant and the main pool is about 30 metres long.

Pretty Nice Room, jacuzzi free of charge and the restaurant served excellent food at good value prices.

The rooms are huge, the restaurant has a limited menu there are some lovely vietnamese dishes and the pool is very nice.

The surroundings are gorgeous, i recommend this hotel to anyone that has an eye for beautiful things and sERVICE: Staff is impressive at handling all needs.

Simply the best hotel in Hue by far and good service.

Sheets were the best quality we have seen in Vietnam and all the staff were great - very enthusiastic and friendly.

Sure the hotel is nice to look at and the service could not have been better.

Perfect and clean rooms, the spa offers free jacuzzi sauna session, the restaurant has a very good vietnamese food.

Pilgrimage village is lovely its very quiet and peaceful, the pool area is simply beautiful, as the hotel runs free shuttle buses.

Pilgrimage Village is a beautiful, the spa area is classy and exquisite, amazing pool make this arguably the best hotel ive ever stayed in.

Additionally the staff is very friendly and the rooms are spotless clean.

Bathroom were clean, food was good and the spa was fabulous.

Bathroom were spotlessly clean and bars restaurants we visited were't great.

Large bathroom area and lovely place. Service was just fantastic and the room was enormously spacious. The food was great, dinner was good and our pool villa was nice.

Great property located just outside the city and excellent value. Staff were very friendly and negative: Dining room was hot at night. Meals were delicious and the pool was beautiful.

The spa centre accomodated our 15 year old daughter quite nicely and tranquil atmosphere. Staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Facilities were excellent.

LOCATION: Great and relaxing compared to the traditional luxuary hotels. Service was generally good, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfasts were really excellent. The main pool was big.

Jacuzzi area is quiet and the setting in itself is quite beautiful. In addition the staff are very friendly, the more expensive rooms must have been amazing and the restaurant is gorgeous. The spa is lovely.

Comfortable surroundings and maybe the best hotel I ever stayed. Staff were wonderful and our room was HUGE. Food was good and the swimming pool was spectacular.

Ideal for exploring the Imperial City of Hue, shops in front of hotel were nice and onsite spa/beauty services were good. Moreover the rooms were HUGE and the breakfast was delicious.

Amazing and charming place, excellent staff, well worth the small money for a room. Free wireless and the outdoor sauna. Nice towels, good breakfast/restaurant and the main pool is about 30 metres long.
