  Great location for a staycation and near the beach. I wouldnt stay again for free and cheap price. Staff is very nice, rooms are clean and large screened in terrace and full kitchen.

  Location direct on the beach and in walking distance to Times Square and the pier. Great place to stay, nice for the price and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was only big enough for you to sleep in and the towels were threadbare as well. Pool was very clean and used daily.

  Beach access amazing, the location must be one of the best in the area and this hotel seemed to fit our needs, and looked great on the internet. Luckily, somehow, the rooms are pretty quiet, coupon for a free apertiser at the bar lounge next door.

  The location to time square was amazing and mini refrigerator was spacious and new and the hotel service was great. The staff were friendly at the front desk, the rooms were clean and updated nicely.

  Third room was cleaner and had a better view, for the price the hotel was nice, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The toilet worked fine.

  The location to the beach is excellent and great bar right next door. The cottage restaurant is steps away and has amazing food.

  This place is a complete dump and we couldn't wait to check out, front desk people are very rude, most uncomfortable bed I have slept in in years.

  As for the pool area, is very nice pool is heated and bar next door has excellent food.

  The hotel is all old n rusted nothing like the pictures, beds are disgusting.
