Great location, just a short walk to the slopes and ski school meeting point. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The outdoor heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The apartment felt a bit dated and could use some renovations. The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay.

Clean well designed room, relaxed atmosphere. Most of what we needed was available and it was great to have use of the swimming pool. We liked being close to the mountains and were able to set off on foot from the hotel.

Some kitchen utensils were past their best. Chopping board was badly bent, and blunt knives made it even more difficult to chop veg, salad etc. Step into the swimming pool was shockingly dangerous(wooden cover fallen off exposing sharp rusty metal edges) which we reported and the staff said that the wooden step just kept falling off whatever they did.

As a disabled traveler, I loved the fact that Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Bergers had accessible facilities and amenities. Their pool and skating rink were inclusive, and they provided access to free Wi-Fi. The location was also great, with easy access to flat walks and cycling paths. The hotel was quiet and had a lovely fireplace in the common sitting area. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. The newly renovated bathrooms were also a plus!

Great location on top of mountain, good for us for triathlon but a bit away from main areas. Would be a great location for skiing. Good to be able to prepare own meals.

What a good stay, no complaints. Excellent value property, fairly clean, excellent service and good value. Amicable staff and the room great-sized with a balcony, 1 bedroom, for instance.

It was christmas and we would book here again. This place was excellent value for holiday. The food was fabulous with a wide array of options. The location was good and incredible, near slopes and ski lift and the Golf course. The service was terrific, nothing too much trouble. Moreover, we parked nearby.

the hotel is functional and fairly clean, nestled in a functional building with beautiful view of the mountains. the location is excellent and unbeatable and the staff is excellent. it's just a short walk away from chez luigi, spent evening there. the services are great, including a lovely pool. besides, they offer free parking.

Fairly clean place with outstanding view out to the mountains. Variety of options, great food. Pleasant amiable staff, fab location to nightlife. Based next to restaurants in the centre, town centre and the mall. Great way to end our new year.

Key Location and Stunning Views!

We recently embarked on a romantic escape to a ski resort and were struck by the key location of the hotel. It was within an easy distance from the airport and very close to the slopes which made it easy to get to the skiing spots. Additionally, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area which we totally enjoyed. Another benefit we enjoyed was the swimming pool which offered a relaxing spot after an intense skiing session.

The state of the hotel rooms. The facilities were dated, and the room layout didn't quite work for us. Additionally, the room seemed to be in need of some repair as well as better cleaning. The noise from the corridor disrupted our rest and quiet time, poor sound-proofing. We hope that in the future, these issues will be addressed to make it a more comfortable stay for future guests.

The hotel location is perfect for access to the ski area and the heated outdoor swimming pool and two sauna units were very relaxing after skiing all day.

The ski locker room was smelly and damp.

The location within the resort meant stunning views of the Alps. It was within easy reach of the shops the ski lifts and slopes.

The smell of the bin room and ski locker room was off putting as you entered the hotel entrance, also there was no kettle !!
