  Air conditioning was efficient and in August this was very important, the breakfast staff were friendly and quick to get anything for you.

  Very good location, the staff helped to ensure our stay in Florence was was very enjoyable and the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Room service was efficient, breakfast, was included, was just we needed to start our day.

  The location could not be more convenient, nice little hotel in middle of Florence and the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms sport multiple sinks.

  The standard of service is excellent and friendly and the location is one of the best in Florence, the Hotel Pierre is worth every cent. Staff are nice and helpful, speak good English.

  As i said, super walking location to all attractions, clean, pleasant, our two nights at the Pierre Hotel in Florence were wonderful and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
