The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay, including a washer and dryer - perfect for extended trips. • The underground parking was convenient and provided peace of mind for our vehicle.• The location was fantastic, with amazing, ever-changing views over the bay from the balcony.• The apartment was spotlessly clean, with good quality linen and plenty of towels provided.• The pool on the ground floor was a great amenity, perfect for a refreshing swim.• The nearby restaurant, bakery, and cafes were convenient and offered delicious dining options.• The botanic gardens were within easy walking distance, providing a lovely place to explore.

We were disappointed to find a dirty knife in the drawer and glasses left in the dishwasher. The cleanliness could have been better.

The balcony was large. Point dayman park was around the corner. We would happily return❤

The sheer luxury of the apartment was second to none. My elderly mother was able to join us so the second bedroom and bathroom was very suitable for her. The apartment had a superb outlook and we have vowed to return for a longer period of time!

I loved the well-designed and stylishly furnished room. The huge balcony was my favourite part, offering stunning sea views. The hotel facilities, such as the great pool and gym, were a bonus. The location just across the road from the seafront and pier was convenient and made for a lovely stay in this city.

Nothing everything was great.

We booked in at Pier One Apartments of Waterfront Apartments. On arrival we were told of our upgrade to Waterfront Pier Apartments (bit confusing) as our room had been recently painted. Waterfront Pier Apartments were part of the Peppers Resort & the room was fabulous. Beautifully furnished, great balcony, plenty of space. Fabulous view. However, Pier One Apartments looked very nice as well so would certainly consider there again.

There was some confusion when we had lunch at the Bayside Restaurant. We charged to our room. Peppers did not take our payment for this, neither would Waterfront Apartments. We went back to Bayside Restaurant to pay. If we hadn't already planned to have something to eat there, this would have been a nuisance. Anyway, it all turned out okay.

We had trouble finding the place ... we thought we were staying at Waterfront Apartments but it was actually Peppers Resort.

This luxury hotel is an impeccable venue for a perfect vacation. The exclusive amenities and private facilities afforded us a sumptuous stay. The room advantages bewitched us with their elegant and refined touches that catered to our every desire. The restaurant and the service thereof matched the splendor of our room and complimented the pleasant ambiance. Furthermore, the location advantages allowed us to have an enchanting time exploring the surroundings.

We experienced trouble with the swimming pool; it was out of order during our stay.

Our stay was great and most of the staff were lovely.

One staff member wasn't too pleased about us asking to leave our luggage for the day.

Fantastic location, our appartment was front row, right on the Esplanade, overlooking the sea, and with fabulous views. It was very spacious, well set out, and clean. Couldn't fault it actually!

It was a long walk from the reception desk to our room, and not easy to get to the street or bar without this very long walk, effectively doubling back, but I'm being rather petty with that complaint!

We enjoyed the comfy beds and the spacious bedrooms during our romantic staycation. The little breakfast foods and juices were a nice and unexpected surprise. The location was perfect, just across from a breathtaking pier and close to local shops and restaurants. We also loved the awesome swimming pools, perfect for a relaxing dip.

The thin walls and lack of soundproofing made it difficult to fully relax. the room we were given did not match the description on the hotel website, which was frustrating.

Enormous apartment with comfortable beds, spa-bath, and flat-screen TVs. Well-stocked kitchen and breakfast for four. Convenient location near the waterfront and easy access to attractions. Secure parking and lifts. Swimming pool for a good workout. a great place to stay.

All good.
