Pier House Resort & Spa Key West - 基韋斯特

Situated at the end of Duval Street and almost on Mallory Square the location could not be improved upon.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Duval street and all the nightlife.

If all you care about is the location there are 2 or 3 other really nice hotels (Hyatt and Ocean Key) that are right next to this hotel and 10 years newer, cleaner, and nicer.

While driving from the Miami airport to Key West, we decided that Key West seemed more fun and so we called our travel agent to see if we could get our Key Largo reservation moved to Key West.

When I needed to find a local pharmacy, I was directed to take a 20 minute taxi ride to the other side of the island.

It was well equipped with new and updated furniture, a wooden floor, surround sound system with DVD/CD player , a fireplace, a very large balcony, and a huge hot tub/shower with a timer in the bath area which sat behind the bed.

We were upgraded to a suite because our 2-queen-bed room was needed by a family.

00 per night I expect to at least have more than a double bed, desk chair and TV in the room.

The room was perfect with an extrememly comfortable bed and an extra large balcony overlooking the gulf of Mexico.

Its not the typical rectangle room, it was more of a square area which held the bed, tables, and lamps, with an extra area off the rectangle for the sink and shower.

Our meals, breakfast and lunch, at the restaurant were good.

We ordered Room Service for Breakfast and the service was prompt and the food delicious and we enjoyed lunches and having drinks at Pool/Beach Bar.

If you don't want to eat all of your meals at the resort (which are delicious, by the way), just walk out of the resort onto Duval St, and the restaurants, bars, shops, access to water sports, and museums are right there!

Really good pool and spa and an outstanding bar/restaurant by the small beach.

A small beach by the bar, nice heated pool, told by friends (locals) the restaurant is really good.

The staff was extremely friendly (front desk, concierge, bellboys, housekeeping were all great) and they were very accomodating of our large group.

Note: I did overhear that the customer would be bringing up the incident with the front desk but the receptionist told her the the Spa was an "Independent Contractor" and therefore the hotel has no control over how they handle their affairs.

The staff at check in/out at the front desk was super nice and efficient.

Questioning two managers, the front desk personnel, and guest relations manager about the construction status in 6 weeks only got a "call us before you come" response.

That parking was included in the room rate was also very good and the live music at the pool-side restaurant was lovely.

Second floor of Spa Building (yes, you cross through a parking lot to get to the Spa) room 614.

They have a heated pool and sauna that is open 24 hours.

After 2 years without a vaction nothing but smiles help and clean fresh rooms everyday my wife and I are ready to book again and have told friends of an amazing time great job to all the staff MARK FROM MI.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the balcony was very spacious with room for a table and four chairs and two lounge chairs.

The room was large clean and comfortable.

Bathroom - really big & adequately clean.

The room was very clean and bare feet on that bamboo floor felt great.
