It had a nice location close to the central station and all the main sights.

The room was small and air conditioning was only available for extra charge. They don't have 24h reception, it is a little uncomfortable.

The room with a balcony. Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a medieval cathedral.

There was a mistake with our reservation so there was no room for us, but they sent us to a sister hotel a couple of blocks away. They were really nice and helpful about finding us another room, and it was tiny but very cute.

The hotel has a great location, being near important landmarks and in a quiet area. It is also very close to the city center, allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and some even offer a nice view of the courtyard. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing good recommendations for dinner and assisting with luggage.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that should be considered. The reception closes early, so late check-ins can be problematic.

Location convenient to local attractions and not too far from the train station. Friendly staff, very helpful in finding our way around town and selectiong restaurants.

The hotel was modest and the staff accommodating, favourable location near important landmarks. Location: the property was just next door to the historical monuments and the center of things and the Academia and Grand Market. I had some drinks at Bar Santa Reparata, positioned 400 feet away.

The room itself was brand-new here with a balcony and the shower and great value for money. The hotel had a central setting close to restaurants and shops.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The guestroom at Piccolo Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel. It was so nice to have free WiFi! I felt right at home and connected to the world.

The bathroom was a little small for my liking, but that's just me. Others might not mind it.

The Piccolo is a budget focused hotel. At first, I was a bit concerned about the area it was in and climbing the stairs to the front desk did not provide any comfort. However, the staff was very helpful, even offering a mini-concierge service thereby helping us ensure a tour. After a day, I realized that the area was fine and the security of the hotel alleviated any concerns.

Paying extra for air conditioning was a bit odd.

We appreciated the convenience of the triple room with a balcony. The breakfast in the morning was varied and complete with pastries, juice and good coffee.

Very enjoyable stay, as always. Comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable and assisted us with private parking.
