Pleasant apartment in great location very close to the Picasso, the beach, shops and bars and Benidorm in the winter before. Excellent staff, the best attitude.

Truly enjoyed how spotless the place was. Hard-working staff, they provided first-class service. Rooms here were large with microwave. Pretty building, where we stayed. The kitchen had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator etc. Location was handy and quiet, just a pleasant stroll away from an urban public beach.

The friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria and Lana, made our stay delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had fresh bedding and towels. The bar area was welcoming, with affordable drinks and a friendly atmosphere. The food served at the bar was delicious. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to both the beach and the strip. We also appreciated the proximity to the indoor market for our shopping needs. a wonderful stay.

It felt like home, we would stay here again. The bedroom was large and it overlooked swimming pool.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge freezer, perfect for keeping drinks cold on the large balcony. The staff, especially Juliana and Maria, are friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The bar near the pool offers well-priced drinks and delicious food. a great place to stay in Benidorm.

Location was good and perfect, only 5 minutes walk from a city beach. Furthermore, we were near bars and restaurants.

The location was magnificent, about 10 minutes drive to Space. We enjoy the amazing design and views of the sea. The employees were very nice helpful during the stay.

I had a great experience staying at Picasso-Fincas in Benidorm. The pool and garden area were perfect for my daughter, and she loved playing with the kids' bikes. Our 10th-floor balcony offered a spacious and beautiful view. Checking in was easy, and we didn't have any issues with reception. The staff was brilliant and the rooms were super clean. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, and we even had a cheap safe in our room. The overall atmosphere was great, with no rowdy groups. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the reasonable bar prices. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shops, and bars but away from the noisy nightclubs. There was no disturbance from nighttime noise, although there was some daytime noise from nearby hotels that didn't bother us. we had a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose Picasso-Fincas again when I come back to this area.

The views from our spacious balcony on the 10th floor were breathtaking. Checking in was a breeze, and we had no issues with reception. The owner was nothing like the negative reviews we had read. The staff were brilliant, our rooms were super clean, and the mattresses on the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the cheap safe in our room, and it was great to see a diverse mix of guests.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
