The location is perfect for the university and the Save Mart Center.

The location is perfect for the university, a quick drive east on Shaw takes you into Clovis and the shower head has multiple settings is very nice.

The best stuff first: the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were nice and the suite our parents stayed in was well worth the money.

Also, although we supposedly had a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes but they supposedly did not have any other rooms available for us.

The hotel is designed like a motel - a collection of low-rise buildings and the rooms are large.

2 story professional office buildings, there's a nice pool in an interior courtyard and the room was very large and comfortable.

There is no restaurant (or room service), but there is a Marie Callendar's (and other restaurants, fast food) right next door.

No restaurant on site, and the "continental breakfast" is laughable - prepackaged bagels, cold cereal, and brown bananas just don't get it.

Air conditioning worked great, the breakfast was fine.

We were on the bottom floor of one of the buildings, and our "view" was the parking lot and the backs of the Black Angus restaurant and Marie Callendar's (both within walking distance, though, if that's a plus for you.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient.

None of the staff seemed motivated to provide any kind of service, the rooms are clean.

Also, the staff were unhelpful (except on checkout we got a knowledgeable staff member who was decent) and couldn't be bothered with us at check in (long line, four people at the front desk talking amongst themselves, ignoring all of us).

The lobby is not connected with rooms and one has to walk outside in the dark parking lot in order to get to the rooms.

I know they do have a nice inviting pool.

The Pool was great, and fun for the kids.

The rooms are clean and they are right accross the street from Fresno State which is why my parents frequently use this hotel and they love it!

The room was clean, though dated, and the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful, granting me a 9 a.

The small, dim, bathroom was not clean enough for our comfort level.
