Hotel Piave Mestre - 梅斯特雷

Great location, hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, bath was in good shape small.

Great for getiting to venice only ten minutes by train and good location.

A 3 minute walk to the railway station clean and the location is very good.

Taking the bus from the airport took about 30 min on a fast and the hotel generally was very clean.

Taking the bus from the airport took about 30 min on a fast, bumpy, crowded bus which was hard with luggage.

My room had a double bed, a TV, an air conditioner with its own remote control, a wardrobe and a (very) small bathroom.

This was a very disappointing hotel, we had booked a room with 3 single beds as we are three single females travelling together, however we ended up with a single bed and one double bed.

On the downside, as I say the rooms are quite small and our room had no shower curtain (although the water was always piping hot) but I have encountered the shower curtain problem in other hotels in Europe and can only assume it is an hygiene issue.

Bed was comfortable, very firm, TV on ceiling, plenty of space, quiet and dark during sleep.

Location was great - good price for the whole deal, hotel staff were equally pleasant and so we’re glad we didn’t complain… The bed was comfortable.

Surroundings are quiet and you can easily find some good restaurant; there's also a bakery if you want to buy something for breakfast (I hate to have breakfast in the hotel, so I can't review it).

The breakfast room was huge and looked like it could have been a small restaurant.

Only one nice restaurant that we found locally which was called Dante, in fact probably the best food we ate all weekend was there and non expensive.

I wouldn't recommend eating around the Hotel Piave as some of the restaurants incur high service charges (Known as Tax's).

Breakfast was continental - there were two types, were simple and adequate.

Everything was basic from the room to the breakfast to the service provided by the front desk.

We only got two towels and had trouble getting an extra one, when we requested help from the staff they were very unfriendly, and unfortunately we requested assistance from both the day shift and night shift and got the same reception from both.

We booked online but when we arrived the receptionist was not informed of our reservation; luckily the hotel was not complete and they could anyway give us a room.

There's a cheap little coffee house on the way to the train station and good staff.

Large enough to stay in for a few days and helpful staff.

Very good position and hotel staff works very well.

The reception area was very nice and we had no problems with checking in and out although we weren’t told to leave the key at the desk when going out for the day!

It was however very clean, the decor was fresh and the bathroom clean and of adequate size.

The bathroom clean, proper tea bags croissants we paid.

Some of the staff were very helpful at the end of our stay and rooms were clean.

Surroundings are quiet, quiant little place in the middle of town - close to train and rooms are clean.

The hotel generally was very clean but rooms where quite small.
