Great value for money with a clean room and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and a few stops away from the famous Duomo square. The staff were kind and friendly, always ready to assist.
The hotel breakfast menu would be even better with more variety and options.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is fairly clean, little and has best possible and strategic location close to fab restaurants shops public transport. The rooms are new-fashioned and soundproof with bar and air con plus a three bedroom. The staff is professional and helpful and the atmosphere is quiet. They serve fab food, have plenty of options to choose from.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Duomo. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Metro Station, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

Lots of hot water, good water pressure, working adjustable heater/thermostat in room, staff spoke great English.
Smaller rooms; staff twice charged me for internet card (a total of 16 euro) when their website clearly states guests staying as long as I did would have wi-fi access for free.
