My stay at the Aurora Riverside Hotel And Spa was absolutely wonderful. The spacious and comfortable bedroom provided the perfect home away from home experience. The peaceful nights ensured a restful sleep every night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, making me feel like a valued guest. I loved the convenience of free bike rentals and the free shuttle to town, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The strategic location was perfect, with a short 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach and a quick 5 minute car ride to town. Plus, the affordable taxi service was always available for just $2. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

hoi an aurora exceeded my expectations! the newly renovated rooms were spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the free shuttle and bike rental made exploring the town easy. the staff were friendly and the facilities, like the swimming pool, were great.

The staff, especially Kayla and Sunny, made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location, while a bit outside of the city center, was easily accessible with the free bicycles they provided. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy everyone's tastes. the hotel provided an excellent base for exploring Hoi An's beautiful hidden countryside and taking fun family tours.

For families with children, it would have been great to have a playground or kids' club on-site.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, set beside a peaceful river and surrounded by beautiful rice fields. The atmosphere was so serene and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and pillows that felt like clouds. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a small but refreshing swimming pool and a delicious breakfast with a variety of tasty dishes. The bar was also a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink. the experience was truly luxurious and I felt like royalty during my stay.

The breakfast had a decent selection of pastries and hot dishes. The hotel's location was ideal with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was a great feature and not too crowded.

The bathroom showed signs of mildew and the shower was not functioning properly. The room had a musty smell and there were stains on the carpet.

The staff were super chill and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. Free bike rental was dope, we explored the lush rice paddies and rode to super cool places like Monkey Mountain and Marble Mountains. We even took a boat ride on the Thu Bon River, feeling like true adventurers!

The only thing we missed was a rocking party scene at the hotel. It would've been lit if they had a rooftop bar or organized some sick pool parties.
