We had an amazing stay at this incredible hotel! The value for money was excellent, the room was top-notch with a comfortable bed and stunning bathroom. The location was perfect, nestled in peaceful countryside but only a short tuk-tuk ride from the center. The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even arranging a private cooking class with the talented head chef!

The breakfast could have been better with more diverse options.

A Heavenly Escape

I was transported to a peaceful paradise at this stunning resort surrounded by lush green rice paddies. The spacious, beautifully decorated rooms provided the ultimate luxury. I loved exploring the grounds on a bike or in a charming cart. The sound of nature at night was truly magical. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The restaurant overlooking the pool served delicious meals. And despite a few minor drawbacks, like slightly dim lighting and expensive spa treatments, I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting oasis.

The accommodations were absolutely stunning, with beautiful wooden houses and manicured rice fields. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed all our dinners at the hotel. The pool was a perfect sanctuary to relax after a day of touring.

The extra cost for a pool villa was not worth it, as the room was the same as a regular villa and the plunge pool was cold. The distance from town was inconvenient, especially considering the high cost of the hotel's transportation service.

A Taste of Khmer Cuisine: The informal Bai Phsar by the pool serves fantastic Khmer cuisine, cooked with foreign visitors in mind, including many vegetarian dishes. I felt like I was exploring a whole new world of flavors, with each dish delivering a delightful surprise.

Dim Lighting: The in-room lighting was too dim. almost impossible to put make up on or shave without missing patches.

The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional, from the beautiful decor to the ample lounge areas. We appreciated the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit and arranging transportation. The abundance of facilities, such as the infinity pool with stunning views and delicious breakfast at Bay Phsa restaurant, made our stay enjoyable.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning resort! The location was perfect - just a short drive away from the bustling city but felt like a real retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel valued as guests. Our villa was beautifully appointed with a spacious and comfortable room and an amazing shower. The food was excellent and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. We loved walking across the rice paddies and seeing the water buffalos right next to the restaurant!

Some areas of the resort could benefit from better eco-friendly practices, such as using glass bottles instead of plastic.

Loved the delicious food and the relaxing pool area. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The location was also fantastic, just a short distance away from all the attractions.

The noise from outside was a bit too much at times, making it difficult to sleep. the lack of air conditioning in some of the common areas was a bit uncomfortable in the heat.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities and service. The spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering massage treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. The pool with views of the stunning garden area was also a wonderful spot to relax and unwind.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of vegetarian options at the restaurant. Although there were some options available, more variety would have been appreciated.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had a cozy atmosphere and the bed was comfortable. The food was great too, especially the Christmas dinner feast. They had a fantastic pool area that was clean and refreshing. They also had a spa which was an advantage, I had a nice massage, it was relaxing.

That the hotel was a bit far from the city center, but they provided transportation at an additional cost. Another factor was that the gym was small, it didn't have many machines.

The natural surroundings, with rice paddies, water buffaloes, and palm trees, created a peaceful and visually stunning environment. The infinity pool overlooking the scenery was exceptional, and we enjoyed lounging on the comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, arranging guides, recommending great restaurants, and even helping us find a doctor when necessary. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, with perfect color and texture choices, and we loved the spacious terrace with a cozy sofa. The bed and bathroom were also top-notch, making it one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Additionally, the accessibility and friendliness of the senior management impressed us, as they provided personal connections and valuable insights about Cambodia and the culture.
