This top-notch hotel is absolutely heavenly and has a great location at the foot of Camelback Mountain. The cactus gardens are gorgeous, the casitas are incredible and have great décor, and the service is impeccable. The spa treatments are fabulous and there are several swimming pools to choose from. The rates are expensive, but worth it, say fans.

Located in Scottsdale, the five-star Phoenician Residences is surrounded by the stunning Sonoran Desert and close to the Phoenician’s championship golf course.

The hotel combines designer interior with luxury amenities for business and relaxation.

All 647 rooms feature private terraces, private plunge pools or hot tubs, barbecue areas, flat screen TVs and in-room safes.

There are three restaurant, traditional Italian Il Terrazzo restaurant, J&G Steakhouse with innovative cuisine and family-oriented spot Café & Ice Cream Parlor, English Tea Court Lobby, popular gathering spot The Thirsty Camel Lounge and private venue The Praying Monk for special occasions.

The business center provides audio-visual equipment, typesetting and desktop publishing services, a notary and complete shipping and packaging services. High-speed internet access is available. Seven meeting rooms can accommodate up to 64 people.

This hotel is one of Starwoods luxury collection, overall service is great and the rooms are extremely large at 600 sq ft.
Great location, free long-distance telephone calls and the hotel is very convenient to downtown Scottsdale.

The pool area was quiet and relaxing, the Phoenician certainly provided the perfect destination for this, staff were very helpful and professional. The room was very clean, the food and service at the Terrace buffet for breakfast was excellent, for dinner we ate at Mary Elaine's and was spectacular.

The balcony had lovely views over the golf course to the south and we parked just outside the hotel gate and walked up. The service was usually great, our room was in good condition and spacious, the food in the restaurants was also excellent. The pool was pretty cool.

The centre for well beging was awesome, my room was very nicely appointed and maintained during my stay, the cabana staff was wonderful. The bed was comfy and being as we were there in June, we adjusted the a/c to our preference, the food at the pool was good. The spa was great.

The tradeoff for the great view was a longer walk to the main area and the pools beyond, hotel room amenities were spectacular. The service was fantastic and the bed was confortable and I slept pretty well. On to the restaurants we had tried several of the restaurants on the property and all were superb.

We just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel, fantastic Staff and our room was a good 5 minute walk from the car. The restaurants were all great, the pools were beautiful and the cactus garden was quite unique.
