We loved the friendly staff, who were professional and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room we stayed in was clean and quiet despite being located near a busy street. The hotel facilities were impressive, including the well-decorated and luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast served here was outstanding, with a wide range of high-quality international and local Romanian dishes. Additionally, the hotel provided parking with surveillance cameras, which gave us peace of mind.

Very good Hotel, easy to find, clean and well-designed rooms with bathtubs, free wlan. They packed lunch-pakages because we had to leave before regular breakfast-hours.

In a hotel of this price-kategory I would expect a hair dryer in the room.

Phoenicia Comfort is always my first choice when I travel to Bucharest. It is new, it has pleasantly decorated and spacy rooms, a breakfast buffet included, free parking space, free wireless in all the hotel. And not to forget the hotel crew that makes arriving at the hotel a 'home coming'. This hotel is owned and managed by Libanese and maybe that's why customer service is a normal thing in all the Phoenicia hotels in Bucharest. Looking forward to go again soon!.

We had a really comfortable and private stay here. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, making it easy to access. The room amenities were top-notch with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a dining table. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the bar/lounge area and the restaurant. our experience at this venue was delightful and we would highly recommend it.

There was no breakfast buffet available during our stay. However, this did not affect our overall positive experience at this hotel.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel, excellent value for money.

The incessant walking through and loitering in the restaurant of the manager, who seemed incapable of smiling. It did not allow us to relax fully whilst we were dining.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a plus. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Another advantage was the nearby shopping center where we did our last-minute Christmas shopping.

The noise from the nearby main road was unbearable and kept us up most of the night. The room was also a bit outdated and showed signs of wear and tear.

This hotel is super. The best price/quality available in Bucharest. Location is very good for induvidual travellers by car or by plane. The hotel is just 500 m from the Bucharest ring and at the good location for both the airports. Very good restaurant and very comfortable room. It was my second stay and I booked again!

Probably the best price/quality that is available in Bucharest. A very pleasant hotel for the traveler. Rooms not too big but comfortable, a very good in-house restaurant and a very luxury breakfast buffet in the morning. And all that for a fantastic price! The hotel staff is very customer focused, friendly and accurate. Usually I stayed in the Phoenicia Express hotel that is not se fat away from the Phoenicia Comfort. That hotel has spa facilities, bigger rooms and a huge lobby, but is also a bit more expensive. The Phoenicia Comfort is worth the money for the stay, is close to the Railway station and to both airports. Very good free WiFi and easy free parking. I will be back soon!

For transportation to and from the city it is the easiest if you have your own car or take a taxi. Public transportation is no option as the hotel is located in Bucuresti Noi. It is the latest and newest part of Bucharest at the North-West side of the city where the airports are and it is in between the two main business areas of Pipera and the logistics center at the Ploiesti Highway entrance. Not really a downside but something to take into consideration when you decide which of the many Phoenicia Hotels in Bucharest you want to choose.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.The restaurant and the cafe was wonderful, as was the breakfast buffet. The room was very big and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
