The hotel was tidy and had reasonably good and efficient staff that worked on the 24th night shift. The room was brand-new and great modern with a roll in shower, hairdryers, and shower caps in the open bathroom. It overlooked garden and had a big bed.

The location was marvellous for exploring Bloemfontein. We enjoyed our king room with good facilities.

The location was nice and perfect, to the city centre where you will find the National museum, in the calm area. The room was beautifully designed and compact, and with a breathtaking view of an unkempt garden full of weeds.

We were there for rest, and had a lovely time. It had particularly good location with access to Mega World nearby. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a quiet area: D

the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and a convenient location. the rooms may be small, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. overall, my stay exceeded expectations and reinforced my choice to stay with the protea chain of hotels.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The picture on the internet is very deceptive, we thought that there would be a better view of the zoo, which I am glad about, the room faces the elephant enclosure and it was cruel to see. The shower facilities are awful, I feel sorry for people in winter.

The hotel's location in the city is conveneint as it is close to shopping malls and other amenities.

While I had booked a room with a view of the zoo and was charged accordingly,I was allocated a room whose view was blocked by a massive tree,despite having made a special request for a room with a view.

We had a great stay, with top-notch service from the staff and a comfortable room with good air conditioning and clean amenities. The hotel's location was convenient for us, as it was close to a large shopping center and the zoo. We particularly enjoyed watching the meerkats and gazelles from our room. The breakfast was also good, and we appreciated the chef listening to our preferences for how we like our eggs.

The patio and room offer excellent views of the Elephant enclosure of the Zoo. Breakfast was very good

the hotel was fabulous and neat, its location was absolutely perfect on after i returned from the mall, friendly service. location: the venue was very close to protea willow lake as well as the free state. steakhouse spur steak ranches was located 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to schools and the local mall. Additionally, the hotel was right by the zoo, offering beautiful scenery.

Convenient central location, helpful staff, comfortable beds

I stayed in this hotel during a recent business trip. The location was great, close to the main business district and transportation links. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.

There were a few negatives. There was no fridge in the room, so it was difficult to keep drinks cold.

The amenities in the room were a wow factor - Grapetizer, chocolates and welcome card! We were also surprised with South African treats in the room! The location was also really convenient for exploring the city.

We also found that the steak we had for lunch at the restaurant was cold and not flavorful. Our romantic escape was also tarnished by a not so great experience with one staff member who was rude during payment.

Great complementary breakfast and wifi, convenient location close to shops. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The hotel seemed run-down, and there were mosquitos in the room. The staff was not willing to go out of their way to make our stay special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff members were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The location was convenient, near the highway and in a peaceful recess. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the parking was convenient.
