We had such an amazing holiday at Pfefferkorn's! The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The food and drink options at the hotel were exceptional for both dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities and the afternoon snacks provided. our experience at Pfefferkorn's was excellent and we can't wait to book our next stay.

our anniversary stay in lech am arlberg was amazing. hotel location was perfect, right in the center, close to food, and next to the main lift. friendly staff, incredible spa, and charming alpine decor. truly a gem, we couldn't have asked for more.

Parking was a challenge.

The hotel provided a wonderful romantic escape. We enjoyed the charming atmosphere and the friendly welcome from the staff. The location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The spa experience was a highlight, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate after a day of skiing.

The cost of the wine at dinner felt astoundingly high, which detracted from an otherwise delicious and pleasant dining experience. the pillows provided in the room were uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main lift and chair lifts to Oberlech, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms are cozy and full of character, with unique decorations and comfortable beds. The staff go out of their way to make guests feel at home, taking a genuine interest in their comfort. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices and is plentiful. guests receive a card entitling them to free use of cable cars, chair lifts, and buses during their stay, saving them money.

The check-in and check-out process can be slow due to the limited number of staff available.

The hotel also provided excellent amenities, such as a spacious walk-in closet and a clean and well-maintained bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the sound of the small river running in front of the hotel, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. the level of comfort and quality service provided here was outstanding.

Jaw-droppingly amazing stay! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant food was mind-blowingly good with inventive meals. The spa was top-notch with sauna and steam baths. The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to the lifts. The front desk and restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Our room was of a very high standard with a wow-worthy bathroom. Lech is a LOVELY resort with plenty of activities like skiing, hiking, cycling, and fishing. a truly unforgettable experience!
