All in all this hotel was good value for money, and we had no complaints, would recommend.
I recommend this hotel but think the price will rise as it gets more popular.
Perfect location - very central 20 metres off Gran Via and the hotel is very well located.
The location is very handy just a few steps to the subway and the Gran Via.
It's location was excellent and we were able to walk to many of our sites.
We found it perfect location wise, there are two metro stations within 2 mins walk of the hotel.
We walked to most of the locations we wanted to visit and took the subway to the Prado.

Our room was well appointed, with a good sized bed.
We ate the breakfast there but I think if I went again I would eat in local cafes instead for more variety.
The staff were wonderful, bathroom excellent as was the breakfast and the food was good.
The location is the best thing about this hotel, a short walk from Gran Via, tubes, shops and an easy walk to Sol and other areas with lots of lively restaurants and bars.
We opted to go without breakfast, so ate out, cafe at the corner of street is fine though, and cheaper than hotel.
The breakfast was very rich, although a bit expensive (10 euros per person).
