The Petit Palace Italia Gran Via Hotel is set in the most commercial, monumental and entertainment area in Gran Via Street. It will take you only 2 minutes to get to Puerta del Sol, Mayor Square, Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace and many other museums, theatres, cinemas and shops. The venue is housed in a historic palace dating 1902 completely renovated in 2004. This 6 storey construction comprises 38 single rooms, 38 double rooms, 10 suites and 12 studios. All guestrooms offer free high-speed internet access, air-conditioning or heating, hydro-massage showers, cable TV, minibar, safe, ironing board and static bicycle.   Central location to walk to many of the sites in Downtown Madrid, furnished and the mattresses are good quality.

  The rooms are noisy and in the night you could hear people talking/shouting on Gran Via, breakfast could be better and a more friendly staff.

  Location central and very handy as near to our office in Madrid. Staff very helpful and there's a free safe in the room and public internet in the foyer. Some excellent bars and good facilities.

  Other central Madrid attractions, very near subway stops and Puerto del Sol, just across the road. Great hotel and staff, windows faced to interior of building making room very dark. The service was very good, the receptionist was pleasant, friendly & very helpful and internet worked well. Breakfast was excellent.

  The location was excellent and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were most helpful, room was big and the breakfast was good and served till 11am.

  The location is great, the hotel breakfast is excellent and service is friendly. We hoped that the bathroom doors are made of wood instead of glass will be more comfortable.
