The hotel had a beautiful garden where we could enjoy breakfast under the sun. The staff were very kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was convenient, with shops and the waterfront just a short walk away.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet. there was no elevator in the hotel, which meant we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor.

the hotel is charming, very rustic and thoughtful. all rooms thoughtfully and individually furnished and there is no 'chain' feel to it which was lovely. the hotel offers a lovely breakfast and an evening meal but food is expensive so it wasnt an option for us. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. the area is great, we stayed out of season so it was quiet, but there was a lot to do, wide variety of restaurants and a lovely walk along the coast.

We were delighted with the hotel and can't say one bad thing about. It should really be a 4 star hotel definitely not a 3 star.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the charming and traditional decor to the beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. The staff provide excellent service, attending to your every need. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable, with the added bonus of an air-conditioning system. The breakfast served is delicious and included in the price of the room.

The staff at the hotel have been very helpful in making us comfortable and assisting with arrangements. The hotels location near the beachside restaurants and town centre but tucked away in a quiet backstreet make it an ideal escape. It is traditionally furnished in keeping with its former use as a large historic home, very clean and well managed providing a very positive taste of traditional Majorca wrapped in contemporary convenience. The staff's warm welcome and personal approach really stood out. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice touch of Spanish art. The garden and roof terrace offer lovely spots for relaxation, and the breakfast is delicious and well-presented. Plus, the hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and a beautiful balcony or garden view.

The hotel has a charming historical building with a secret garden for breakfast. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, answering all my questions and ensuring a great stay. The location is perfect, close to the nightlife but on a quiet street. The spacious room with AC was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast too expensive

Lovely hotel in a quiet area in the heart of the town. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are all individually decorated and beautifully kept. Last but by no means least, the food is sublime. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The hotel's decoration truly captures the essence of Mallorca with its traditional style and charming details. The general areas are inviting and cozy, making me feel like I was staying in a beautiful country house. As a senior woman, I especially appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility needs. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, always ensuring that I had any assistance I required.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to have a bit more patience and understanding towards our needs and limitations. While they were generally helpful, there were a few instances where the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating to the specific needs of us seniors.
