  The room was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular, one of the best hotels we stayed at. Door staff were very helpful.

  Bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was unorganized and poor.

  Location therefore great and a fantastic hotel overlooking the famous Copacabana beach. Very good and humble staff, very clean bathrooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit and beautiful Brazilian wood floors. The pool looked amazing.

  The view etc from the top floor pool/bar area must be one of the best in the area, great hotel except for the rooms.

  Great service, modern rooms and good bar. Breakfast it´s more than nice.

  Toiletries low quality, not worth the money for Rio and expensive and Cheap ones all over town.

  Great location in Copacabana, just a short cab right to Ipanema and Leblon, artificial orange juice in a country like Brasil. The hotel facilities are modern, lobby is fine and the staff is very helpfull. In general, the rooms need to be renovated completely, bar is amazing and breakfast choice includes a small corner of healthy options.

  The elevators take forever, and are tiny, the beer is bad all over Brazil.

  Wonderful view of Sugar Loaf and the HStren store also has a great staff. The hotel has a perfect location on Copacabana beach and the room are very old style. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows are really soft, employees are polite, the pool is very cool too.

  Reception clerks are not kind even rude and the breakfast has an extremely limited choice.
