We had a wonderful stay at Wish in a great location right at the beach. The pools were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a perfect view of the beach from our room. The overall value for money was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Incredible views from all over the complex, especially from the room. Excellent attention from the staff. best food is undoubtedly the bar where the pool is located, too bad it closes at 19hs, it seems too early to me. pool area is extremely comfortable and beautiful. Ideal for relaxing alone, with friends or family. It has a beach and swimmers, attentive, explain everything you need to know to swim in the sea or walk on the sand (there are areas where bathing is not recommended because of the relief of the land). cleaning is excellent and everything is very neat.

only thing that bothered me is that they don't accept you in the complex, it is understandable that they only accept real but in any case they should at least exchange foreign currency. That was quite annoying because one of the days we had to go out to change, hotel is quite far away from everything, to top it off the nearest area doesn't seem very safe. Another recommendation for the hotel would be that they could inform what the menu for dinner is going to be before 6pm so that clients can decide in advance if they want to have dinner at the Brac restaurant or eat something at the bar (which closes at 7pm).

Resort is expensive for food and drinks and a 45 minute walk to the resort of Ponta Negra. There is nothing to do during poor weather.

The guestrooms at Wish Natal are so comfortable and have everything you need, like 24-hour room service and air conditioning. It made me feel so taken care of, like I didn't have to worry about a thing. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected.

Personally, I found the 21" TV a bit small for my liking. But, hey, that's just my preference.

The Breakfast was very good. The spread was very ample.

Not enough to do at the hotel. I would have been nice to have activities in the evening. More facilities like shops and it would help to have some English literature although it was fairly ok to communicate when necessary.

The grounds at Wish Natal are truly enchanting, with ample lawns dotted by palm trees and rope hammocks. It feels like a tropical oasis and provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It's like being transported to a secluded paradise far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Room maintenance issues.

I recently stayed at Wish in Natal for a leisure trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel crew was incredibly polite and always ready to assist with any issues. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, exceeding my expectations. The bathroom amenities were also a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location right on the beach was amazing, and the pools were great. it was a great value for money.

The hotel's location is superb, situated in the center of a vibrant mall directly on the beach with a breathtaking view of the sunset. The rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area offered plenty of activities for adults and kids, including a pool bar and games.

Some of the facilities, such as the internet service, could use an update to match the high quality of the rest of the amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful, always ready to assist me. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious fruits and brioches. The location was perfect, right in front of a nice and less crowded beach, and very near to other beaches like Ponta Negra and Pirangi, which I reached easily by taxi. Also, the transportation was very convenient, with Uber always available. Finally, the facilities were top-notch, with a very clean and well-maintained environment, including the parking area.

Not obvious to find, but overall this hotel was worth it.

Inviting Pool Area

We were pleasantly surprised by the pool area at Wish. It was beautifully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere for sunbathing and swimming. The numerous connected pools made it easy to find a spot that suited our preferences. we enjoyed our time by the pool and found it to be one of the highlights of our stay. I would recommend this hotel based on the inviting pool area.

The hotel had excellent service from the friendly and accommodating staff. The location was also very convenient, situated near popular attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue and caused some miscommunication. the poolside bar and restaurant had inconsistent hours, leading to some frustrations.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa wellness center were top-notch, while the outdoor pool had a stunning view. Sun loungers, a spa lounge, and a sun terrace provided ultimate relaxation, and the private facilities were just as exclusive. The bar and lounge area was perfect for pre-dinner drinks, and the restaurant itself was top quality, especially breakfast.

While this hotel was overall a great experience, the service could be improved. Despite friendly staff, they were not as attentive as we had hoped for.
