The staff was kind and attentive. We received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom villa. The villa had three floors and a beautiful view. There were two private pools in the villa, in addition to a great main pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with cleaning supplies. The promotional price was a good deal.

The car hire experience was not pleasant due to a 2-hour flight delay and the hassle of getting the car after the hire firm closed. The insurance options were expensive and not very flexible.

Spending Christmas in a sunny location was a treat, and this hotel did not disappoint. The pool was heated and the sun lounger area was quiet and relaxing. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach which was great for a daily stroll. the hotel had a beautiful garden area which was perfect for a morning coffee.

the hotel was isolated, and it was hard to find local dining options without a car. The room furnishings were a bit dated, but it was still comfortable and clean.

The rooms were modern and clean, with a kitchenette and walk-in shower. Plus, the outdoor seating area had excellent pool views. The courses were excellent, and we could play twice a day with unlimited golf.

The cost of buggies and trolleys per round, made playing golf more expensive than similar standards in Spain. The absence of a restaurant and bar was a letdown for guests who wished to relax after a long day.

The location of this separate building is a bit tricky to find. However, the apartments are nicely furnished with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette area. The outdoor seating area looks over a pool, providing a view. The staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can access indoor swimming pools, gyms, and saunas.

The size of the rooms can be small, especially when sharing with others and carrying bags.

The resort seemed to lack proper security, as one of the villas in our group was burgled and items were stolen. The transportation within the resort was virtually non-existent, making it difficult to get around, especially to the golf courses.

The A/C and Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the kitchen was fully equipped. The highlight for us was being able to open the door and jump into the pool. The location was convenient with easy access to beaches, grocery stores, and the highway. The staff was kind and even gave us a free upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The surroundings were beautiful with well-maintained gardens and a golf course. a great vacation spot.
