I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - up a short hill, but worth it for the amazing view of the seafront from my room. The hotel is situated in a very nice area, with lots of interesting artsy spots nearby. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour room service was a great convenience. The room itself was well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the electric kettle came in handy for making hot drinks. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The hotel's leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

the hotel was great. botequim soares is within walking distance of the property. we enjoyed the fact that we chose pestana bahia lodge.

Stunning bay view, great variety in the buffet breakfast, and a refreshing pool to enjoy 😌.

Corridor carpet on the 20th floor was stained and dirty. Bathroom needed some refurbishment.

- Location: far from historical Salvador (Pelourinho), so add ud$30 each way - TIRED OLD ROOMS: in sever need of refurbishment (paint in bathtub peeling, old carpet, sofa from the sixties) - SERVICE: Impersonal and slow...did anybody working there actually want to be there? My Advice? Stay in one of the small Pousadas in Pelourinho...much more charming, convenient and better value for money.

Extra 15 % fee for service, for what? The Front Desk service was very slow. Only one person. I waited 20 min every time I need service. No transportation to the Airport.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered. The location was perfect, just steps away from the ocean and the stunning views were breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer suggestions for the best local cuisine. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering all the necessary amenities for a relaxing getaway.

We did experience a few negative aspects during our stay. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, which made keeping in touch with loved ones at home a bit difficult.

the view from the hotel room was superb. when you go from your room towards the elevator you have fantastic view and nice relaxing music. the pool staff were great.

I had a great stay at a hotel that was in a nice neighborhood in Salvador, away from the main center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with a great view of the ocean. The breakfast was also delicious and had a lot of options. The hotel facilities, like the pool area, were modern and well-maintained.

That the walk up to the hotel was a bit steep and dark in some areas.
