  The mountain and village restaurants were clean and the toilets spotless, the facilities in the hotel were very good. The staff were also extremely helpful and the rooms were nice, even a well powerful shower. The buffet breakfast was great.

  The lounge areas are extensive and the games rooms are great entertainment for the kids, the hotel is well positioned within a 10 min walk of the Gondola Station, the swimming pool was quite nice and is overlooked by the lobby bar. The staff are not the most helpful and the dinner buffet now changes each day and the food is reasonable. Bulgarians just push in at the front and facilities are perfect.

  The rooms are large, clean and decorated in a plain minimal style, hotel Elitsa is a great find in Bansko, staff in general are friendly and curtious. The chips here are to die for also cheap and the spa is very good as well.

  The hotel good points, staff were friendly and bathroom was clean nice and there was always hot water. The jacuzzi was popular too, food was excellent.

  The hotel self was great, the outdoor pool was great, the front desk staff had a reasonable grasp of English and the rooms were large and comfortable. Food was nice and various, the facilities were great, good to relax after a day on the slopes.

  The Perun Hotel was brilliant and i would highly recommend to anyone, the service was good and honest, the bathroom was large and well equiped. The breakfast was the best.

  Very well trained staff and hot tub. Lots of nice comfy armchairs and great food. Pasties to fresh fruit and a good choice. Especially the heated outdoor pool.

  Shower was lovely, hot and powerful, much needed after a day of skiing, the food was good and the facilities excellent.
