  Good location for exploring ubud and excellent hotel. Great price, very large rooms in Balinese style and the staff were pleasant at all times. Breakfast provided at the resort was average and could do better.

  The television was broken, the sheets were smelly and dirty, the toilet was just old.

  The staff are very helpful and friendly and its located pretty much in the center of ubud, the location of the hotel is also very good, each room has a great verandah for sitting. The gardens are absolutely beautiful.

  The location is definitely a plus point being very near restaurants and sights, the hotel is well situated in Ubud, staff and service is good at Pertiwi. The rooms are spacious, gardens are lovely.

  Site is incredible, cocktails plus you can enjoy a really warm welcome and the staff is efficient and very polite. Super deluxe rooms are good and food is great too. The infinity pool is beautiful.

  Great location close to monkey forest, good for shopping and this hotel is too big and I think that is isnt managed well. The gardens are amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful, the bathroom is by far below average and could be much improved, cheap restaurants and a short walk to the Monkey Forrest. The 2 pools in the resort are lovely.

  Location is fine, the grounds of the hotel are truly beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor bathroom is quite nice and airy, breakfast is good, the 2 pools are great and quiet.

  My airport pick up was excellent driver was brilliant and looked after me well, the setting was perfect. The staff were very nice and loved the balcony of my room, and breakfast was very acceptable.

  The location was fantastic everything on the street right infront of you, the hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff, on the whole were good. All other facilities outside the room were very nice.
