  Location worked well for us, hotel personel were very friendly and reception staff were helpful and able to advise us. The shower was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.

  Handy for the city meetings, great value and the room, the lobby and the waiting area are spacious. The service is good and very comfortable bed and separate shower from bath. The elevator wasnt fixed near end of January.

  Old building and furniture, too expensive in respect to that, breakfast confirmed to us that something is not right in the kitchen, soap and shampoo dispensers smacks of cheap.

  The location was wonderful, the Hotel staff were very Good and help us in many ways then was the breakefast, the bathroom was lovely and big. The breakfast offered was adequate.

  Good location and great value. Staff very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was an excellent buffet choice.

  Not much at all perhaps its location and good value. The staff are very helpfull and rooms are clean. The restaurant has fantastic service.

  Airport shuttle was definitely a cheaper option than taxi to the airport and the hotel was far from being romantic. Staff were friendly and room was awesome. The breakfast buffet was good value.

  Location must be the best thing about this hotel, the staff are really very nice and our room was clean, the toilet is clean too and well managed.

  This hotel is located in a nice part of Perth, the front desk staff are friendly and water pressure is really good in the showers.

  The hotel has a direct phone line to swan taxi services, the staff are multilingual is important for overseas visitors and the room are quiet roomy and very clean.
