Perla Tenerife Hotel Puerto de la Cruz - Puerto De La Cruz

The hotel itself is located in a very hilly location so for any person who has walking differculties this maybe a problem, however there is a free bus service that takes you into the town and collects you again.

The location was very pleasant in a nice area where you didn't feel threatened.

The location is quiet and hotel is small.

Its a 15 minute walk to the beach but their is a shuttle bus,and a taxi only costs?

5 days without the kids with all you can eat and as much as you can drink is as close to heaven as i will ever get and it dident break the bank would go back but ryanair are now flying to the south airport from so will have to go there now instead!

The hotel room stunk of sewrage and the maids decided to come in one morning and clean around us while we were in bed!

The rooms were spotless & cleaned every day, the bar staff were very efficient as were the dining room staff.

Room cleaned daily, new towels as well and the meals were very traditional.

The only helpful staff I encountered was the reception staff.

Unbelieveble i experienced in this hotel and excellent service.

The beaches are not great but there is a purpose build pool area on the beach which is very impressive and well worth a look.

The only activity for them was the swimming pool, and pool table (a euro a game).

The shallow end of pool is about 4'6'' deep and about 15' square not child friendly in my eyes.
