Staff were very good and the hotel was wonderful, it had magnificent location on an elevated platform. Everything was great as expected, yet the bathroom was so small. I got excellent and awesome breakfasts with Kelantanese dishes and the local cuisine offered, as for instance.

The hotel was neat, fully equipped, had professional staff upon the friendly service of the receptionist. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the a twin room was nice.

We loved the atmosphere of the designer hotel. The Executive room was incredibly comfortable and had great amenities like a mini bar, climate control, and a private safe. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant, Cerana Coffee House, several times.

It has favourable location and secure parking, and it's very close to the center of Kelantan, The Perhentian Islands, and the Central Market.

The building is nice and the rooms are good value for money and well-equipped. The venue is in the middle of the town. Also it is just next door to Kota Bahru, the stadium and lots of restaurants, and KB Mall supermarket.

The room facilities at Perdana were great, with a complete prayer kit and ironing board. Although the staff needs to improve, I would still recommend this hotel.

Warm greetings, easy check-in, helpful staff, spacious room, clean bed and toilet, lovely yukata and fluffy bathrobe. Enjoyed complimentary buffet thanks to Chef Ibrahim's generosity. Will definitely return for next trip. The hotel exceeded expectations with superb breakfast, friendly service, and various facilities. 5 stars!

The room was modern and luxurious in general. Got a very very good and superb breakfast served with local food. Location: the hotel was close to Kota Bharu for food and experience the culture and tourist spots and restaurant. The free parking was on site, friendly service.

The location was ideal for me as it was near all the tourist attractions I wanted to visit. The staff gave such a good service, especially the friendly receptionist who helped me even though I had not made a reservation. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and leisure spa & wellness centre were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

This place is highly recommended for families who want to experience wonderful service and a relaxing stay.
