TIPS: This hotel is very nice for the price.
All in all this is a nice little hotel which offers a lot for the price (I paid USD 100 incl.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel based on its price, cleanliness and modern feel.
Only other gripe was that every time I left the hotel, sitting outside was a child trying to get me to give him money by weighing myself.
This is very important you would like tostay at this part of the city and the hotel is located in a very central location.
The best of Pera Rose Boutique Hotel is his location, near of a beautiful boulevard of coffees and shops in a district close to the historic places.
Great location very close to the center of Istanbul night life, we would like to thank to hotel staff for their warm welcome.
Very nice location and underground stations are just 2 min walk.
I chose to pay a small amount extra for a room with a view and took up the option of having transport arranged from airport to hotel.
Room size was adequate, but I was shown the rooms with a queen bed, without an external window, which seemed a little claustrophic.
My room was normally sized and had a double bed plus one single bed, a small desk, TV and locker.
The room was small but adequate, the bathroom was tiny, especially the half-size leaking bathtub.
One weird thing is that chambermaids rearranged my personal items when cleaning the rooms, such as putting papers and pens from the desk into a drawer or moving toilet articles in the bathroom.
Bathroom was good, with hot shower, half bath, and great water pressure.
We didn't eat at the hotel (apart from breakfast) because there are 100s of eating places in all directions from the hotel (plus shops to buy your own tea/coffee sachets for a few cents!
The hotel was pleasantly modern with free wired internet and a beautiful rooftop restaurant for breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was splendid and the view from the top floor restaurant was breathtaking.
Friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room and at the bar.
Istiklal has got many good price restaurants and shops.
