We had a great time at this hotel! The restaurant food was consistently good and the staff were friendly and efficient. We also loved the location, with easy access to nearby wineries and attractions. One thing that really impressed us was the cleanliness of the rooms - they were always spotless.

There were some downsides to our stay. The carpets in our apartment were quite dirty and could have used a deep clean, and some of the furniture was in need of repair or replacing.

Beautiful Ocean & Harbour views. Lovely Reception Staff. Terri accomodated the need to be moved to another apartment without stairs to make it easier for my parents.Very kind. Twinnings tea. Quiet & peaceful considering the location. Television in each bedroom.

1. My Bathroom & Bedroom has an unpleasant smell. Had to ask for an air freshner. 2. When aparment was serviced, the bed was messingly remade. 3. Considering the price, no biscuits were provided. 4. At checkout, I was charged $100 more than the quoted price at time of booking. 5. The 'rain' shower head looks lovely but is not practical. Most of the water went down the drain not on the body. Unpleasant shower experience. 6. Black & dark brown wood furniture. Would have preferred one of the apartments with white neutral furniture. Just a matter of personal taste. 7. For a 2 bedroom apartment, a large saucepan was not provided. 8. Overpriced.

An incredibly beautiful area

We needed to be near the ferry so we needed to get up extra early but it was worth it!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with some great facilities and services. The cleanliness was top-notch, with my apartment serviced impeccably each day. The staff was very helpful and efficient, taking care of all of my requests almost immediately. The hotel's location was perfect, close to many area attractions, which was an added bonus. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

We loved every minute of our stay - the accommodation absolutely exceeded expectations with the size and facilities. All the staff were excellent, really friendly and went above and beyond the normal customer service you would expect (special mention to Josh the Manager and the man in the restaurant). Also the meals and drinks at the restaurant were of very high quality and very resonably priced. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay and only wished we could stay longer. I will definately look out for Peppers Hotels next time I am travelling.

The only thing that would have improved our room would have been a spa bath.

Beautiful, spacious apartment - very clean and modern. The hotel has a lovely position on the river and was in very close reach of the Tamar vineyards.

The hotel was understaffed with a waitress looking after our check in. Slow, underparr service in the restaurant. Was expecting great seafood in the restaurant but there wasn't much at all - we were very disappointed. The equipment in the gym was poor. Rather than having a multi-station set-up, a couple of benches, a good set of Dumbbells and a mirror would suffice.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location right on the water front was stunning, with panoramic views of the Cove and the Tamar River. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The bed was amazingly comfy, and the bathroom size was brilliant with excellent quality toiletries provided. We also appreciated the added security features in the room.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The picturesqe location and views,the spacious and tastefully decorated apartment and the pleasant walk along the river frontage. The cooked breakfast included was delicious

We were both very surprised that although we had booked for an apartment with breakfast included we were nevertheless expected to pay for any beverige served during our breakfast. My husband ordered tea and it consisted of a pot of hot water and a tea bag for which he was charged! This has never happened to us anywhere in our travels.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and all 3 rooms had their own ensuite. Was a really beautiful apartment with great views. Loved it

Our stay was exceptional! Located right on the waterfront, this hotel is a rare gem in an otherwise desert of accommodation. The view of the harbor from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was spacious, well-furnished and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered quality food at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the pool, games room and bikes available for guests. It was lovely to walk on the river and the town was only a short walk away.

The restaurant could offer more consistency in their food and service.

Large apartment, beautiful views, and convenient parking. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The large windows provided beautiful views of the river and surroundings. The secure parking was a big plus. the location was convenient, easy to get to and from, and close to various attractions.
