I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The beautiful art deco touches and stylish interiors created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were always impeccably maintained, and I especially enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and relaxing on the comfortable sofas. The gardens were simply delightful and perfect for enjoying a stroll. What impressed me the most was how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. There were no stairs to climb, and the staff made sure that all areas were easy to navigate. It was a true haven for relaxation and comfort.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and mindful of our needs. A little extra patience and assistance would go a long way in making us feel truly taken care of.

Our room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned and it came with an equally spacious veranda and the balcony, as example.

We explored the enchanting Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm, where vibrant lavender fields were in full bloom. The kids loved the Cricket Willow, with its impressive display of sporting memorabilia. We also enjoyed a guided walk through the cool climate bush, followed by a visit to the mineral springs and a relaxing lavender-infused basalt stone sauna.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available.

This hotel is a fantastic retreat for those seeking an oasis to behold. The gardens are truly gorgeous with superbly maintained old buildings, creating a charming ambiance. The spacious quality rooms with big bathrooms offer luxurious amenities for guests. The friendly staff provide excellent service and make the stay a delight. This hotel also has impressive facilities like saunas, spas, and an infrared cabin.

The breakfast room can be quite dark, making it difficult to enjoy the meal fully.

Great hotel In Hepburn, 1 bedroom spa villa was great. Restaurant was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. I would most definitely recommend it! We had a great weekend and will be back

The spa was expensive for the retreat spa $70 for 60 mins of steam room and jacuzzi. No foxtel

The hotel has exceptional breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful gardens. My room was spacious and had a big bathroom with a luxurious spa tub. Excellent barista who made the perfect coffee. The hotel also arranged my treatment and they were incredibly accommodating.

I had luxurious classic room with a balcony and bathroom and a massive free standing spa bath. Location: the hotel was right by library and other tourist attractions. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

It has stunning and beautiful location close to Mount Franklin. It takes 5 mins to get to a bus station.

We had an enjoyable weekend at Peppers. The staff were incredibly accommodating, encouraging us to book restaurants in advance due to the busy area. The Superior spa was perfect for us as we could relax on the balcony with our baby. The hotel and grounds were idyllic, with beautiful facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and the outdoor spa was a fantastic experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the variety of herbal tea options and the surprise birthday champagne. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a hot breakfast and gourmet buffet selection. Peppers provided a wonderful stay with excellent service and amenities.
