Its great location close to town and the restaurant of the hotel is also very good.

It is in a lovely location next to the pool.

The location excellent - you don't have to use the shuttle as only walk to beach and the place is new so everything is in great condition - brand new appliances.

The location was great - a short walk from the town centre and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very late check was no problem and they organised a car to collect us at Cairns airport (but at a cost of $170).

We were given a nice but small spa room, which was as expected nicely decorated and had a nice clean bathroom and comfy bed.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and even though the accommodation was stunning we found that the 2nd room which is actually an inter-connecting spa room was not needed at all.

So the actual suite interior felt very cramped especially at the narrowest point between the foot of the bed and the TV.

The location was perfect and our room a one bedroom suite overlooking the side street was quiet.

We stayed here for 5 nights over the Christmas holidays and booked a 3 bedroom apartment which is a connecting spa room and 2 bedroom apartment.

Good breakfasts, but disappointed that there is no restaurant for evening meals although some snacks are served until around 4pm.

The lobby is also spacious and elegant, the little bar/restaurant is on the lagoon level, with a waterfall on the left side.

Zinc is another restaurant I would recommend and only a block away, which offers modern australian food with italian & indian inspired dishes.

My husband & I ate in the restaurant one night because the kids were not very hungry & wanted room service.

We were the only ones in the restaurant but the food was fantastic.

Check-in reception staff are good and concierge/porter service very friendly.

The surroundings were wonderful, all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, service were great.

Staff were fantastic and all the way there our concierge was friendly genuinely interested in talking to us.

Hotel was relaxed and friendly, the reception staff was pleasant and professional, the room was very nice- great plasma tv.

Spa Room was lovely, food at breakfast was great and i liked the fact that they had a beautiful pool right outside your door.

Peppers made up for that with the aircon, the spa and pool!

The spa suite was in a great location right by the gorgeous sandy pool but it was tiny and really only suitable for couples.

Pros: room was a little squishy for the 3 of us decor was fresh and clean, staff were great in helping us book our tours.

Room was spotlessly clean and furnished in a modern fresh style.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large balcony over looking the pool.
