It was in a good/safe location, but it's not located directly in downtown, which may be either a good or bad thing depending on the traveler.

Good location, the front desk was very helpful helping me find my room 2217 in the Montego Bay wing and the hotel was very nice.

Good location, my room in the tower was clean and both place were great as usual.

From the airport, it's a cinch to find the hotel.

No Burger king, McDonalds, Pizza hunt, taco Bell, Subway Etc.

Room was very "kitsch" with the jacuzzi next to the bed and mini-lights all round the ceiling, TV in the bathroom, fantastic sauna/shower, bar - we got exactly what we wanted.

It was extremely clean, the bed was so comfortable you could melt into it, the bathroom was enormous with a jetted tub, seperate shower, flat screen on the wall and vanity.

The room was HUGE, with 2 king size beds, a massive HD plasma in the bedroom and 26'' HD plasma in the bathroom, both Sonys!

We really enjoyed the rooms-the beds were big, the bathroom was very spacious, and we loved the mirrors in the room!

Trucks were in and out all night and early morning, uncomforatble beds and barely enough room for the bed.

Oceana had excellent sushi and steak dishes, the coffee shop was still a reliable place to have an excellent breakfast or delicious midnight snack, and the Romanza served up fabulous Italian cuisine in a lavish Greco-Roman setting.

The only three restaurants I've tried so far are the Coffee Shop, the new Sports Deli, and the Flamingo Food Court.

We ate at the buffet for both dinner and breakfast and we were very satisfied with both the food and the atmosphere.

The front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful and courteous.

The rooms are always good, and we are almost always accomodated nicely by the front desk staff in whatever we're looking for (we're not high maintenance and we're not high rollers, so we're staying in regular tower rooms).

We were on the second floor where the pool and jacuzzi are located.

The one thing which did irritate us was that they charged over $10 to use the hotel's wi-fi internet.

Obviously do not cater to business travelers or the wired generation.

We had a smoking room and was pleasantly surprised at the fresh and clean smell.

The comp program is very generous and I found the hotel room and casino area to be extremely clean!
