The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant choices abundant and the food was excellent.
Professional staff both hotel, very quiet building aand abundant/close parking spaces and very good sandwiches at reasonable prices.

Beautiful rooms, great food and good choice for Reno. The pool looked really nice.

Non smoking area not available, once excellent hotel now bad in almost every department and the front desk personnel was unprofessional.

Coffee shop has really good food, the pool has been a wonderful place for us to sit and enjoy our time, movies on tv I liked the comfort of the bed I also liked the room service.

The swimming pool area was wonderful, our stay at the Peppermill was fantastic and the front desk clerk was really nice. The room was super comfortable and the staff in the restaurants were very good and friendly.

The tuscony tower is awesome and offers some great views of the mountains, this place apparently is the best place to stay in Reno. The rooms are clean.

This casino and hotel was a big surprise to me, the staff were helpful and waited on us hand and foot, the room was impeccably clean and furnished. The heated pool was great on a breezy cool evening.
