The bed at Penzion Kovac was incredibly comfortable with a perfect mattress, ensuring a great night's sleep. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, even staying up late to welcome us after a delayed arrival. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including pancakes and scrambled eggs. The location was quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing environment. The views from the balcony were stunning, allowing us to take in the beautiful scenery of the area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

From the warm welcome by staff to the beautifully presented room, we loved this accommodation. The breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. A delightful experience all round.

It may be because of the cost of electricity, but we didn't like the idea of having to pay for use of the air conditioning in the room.

Mind-blowingly nice place just a 5-min walk from the town center. The super clean and cozy room was a jaw-dropping surprise. The breakfast was absolutely INCREDIBLE, the best during my time here. The owners go above and beyond to keep guests happy, which is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place over staying in Bled, as it's only a 10-min car ride away and you get to experience a cute town.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location for Bled Lake and Bohinj Lake if you have your own car. A SPAR supermarket is only 1 km away. The breakfast was very good. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Family run hotel with all facilties, owner very respectful and speaks good english. Highly recommended!! Spacious clean rooms, perfect parking and easy to reach. We feeled like we where at home! Ten minutes drive to Lake Bled and hotel location is quite romantic surrounded with mountains and greenery. This was the best hotel that I ever used and if we come back to Slovenia, definately we will stay in this hotel! Keep it up :)

The hotel is located in a small, quiet neighborhood, just a short 10-minute drive from the beautiful Bled lake. The rooms are equipped with balconies offering a wonderful view of the town and the mountains. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided are commendable, with a folder in the room providing useful information in English. The breakfast served is diverse, catering to all tastes, and includes fresh eggs cooked to your liking.

No areas for improvement; all was exceptional.

Adjacent to a2 highway exit so convenient if you have a rental car, free parking, nearby spar supermarket (important if you have kids), close to Bled/Bohinji lakes, not far from Lujbliana/Pojstojna cave/Piran/Kobarid, excellent breakfast, nice selection of restaurants in the town (and of course nearby Bled), rock solid beds (good for people with back-pain), on site bubble tub available for 5 euros per use, good value for money for a 3 hotel.

Old towels need urgent replacement (this is a problem with almost every European pension/zimmer/hotel except the 5 stars), air conditioning costs 5 euro more per night. Hotel owner talks too much, also for some odd reason he wanted to accommodate us in 2nd floor rooms even though there is no elevator, we had luggage and the 1st floor rooms were available. We insisted otherwise and got the 1st floor rooms, which were just fine and much closer to the dining (breakfast) room.

Great location near popular tourist attractions and easy to find, situated in a peaceful area. Surprisingly varied breakfast selection including homemade food offerings. Cleaning services were thorough and frequent.

The air conditioning fee was required but unnecessary and confusing, and there were some noise issues caused by other inconsiderate guests. Not all of the in-room amenities worked properly or were provided.
