Exceptionally clean and perfect location was tucked off the main streets, yet right next to the walking district.
Perfect location, car park nice as well coz very dificult to park int the city and nearby restaurants stylish for locals.
Great location close to everything, the included breakfast is the best I have experienced from hotels in this price range and the staff is friendly.
Central location close to the old town, the best breakfast I have had in a hotel in Europe and der Service war super.
The location was perfect and the Penz was a great place to stay in Innsbruck.
We stayed on a Sunday 19/9/04 - our superior double room had apparently been made up as a single due to the fact there was one bath towel, and one small single duvet for the double bed.
The room barely has room to walk around the bed.
One problem though is the high level windows in the bathroom - turn the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night and it lights up the whole room.
The bed was also very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.
Staff was friendly and the room we stayed in had a nice bathroom.
Its central position in Innsbruck is good, the quality is excellent and breakfast in the 6th floor restaurant is absolutely fantastic - we went on Sunday.
Great location, the hotel bar is also a nice spot for a cocktail and the breakfast buffet - famous in Innsbruck - is unbeatable.
The 5th floor bar/restaurant area was excellent, the location was the best thing about this hotel and the staff were kind and helpful.
We found the raves about the breakfast to be accurate; it IS spectacular, for the choice of food and for the view from the restaurant.

The front desk staff also wasn't very helpful with restaurant recommendations or making reservations.

The hotel is very modern and reception service is good.
There's no concierge either, so you're stuck asking the front desk for any assistance.
Just one block from the old town, but on a quiet street easily accessible by car and with a huge self-parking lot, as the hotel is part of a new shopping complex.
The hotel is very modern with a fab glass lift that looks out over the alps as you go up floors-great view!
Next to the hotel there is a small shopping mall and under the hotel there is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel (11Euros/day).
The room was clean and breakfast was amazing as well.
The bedrooms are quite minimalist in design - maybe a little austere - but ours had a great view of the Alps and was clean and warm.
Room was very quiet, very clean and modern, first-rate in fact.
