Rooms are neat and huge with 2 double-bed as well as a good view, food is good! The breakfast is satisfactory.

The staff was amiable and really polite from arrival to departure. I was in the cheap room, it was airy.

Its personnel was nice and helpful, no complaints whatsoever. Strategic and favourable location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to a shopping mall.

Everything was spot on.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again for my next trip. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being near the city center and the Kuching waterfront. This made it easy to access various food options and enjoy the local cuisine, as well as take in the sights and do some souvenir shopping.

The staff were friendly and helpful

It is a long way from the city centre. In the weekends there are not a lot of taxis around and the bus service is not great. We hired a car to get around so it wasn't too much of a probem. The beds were like rock!

maybe not so suitable for people who search for hotel for shopping area. and not so many halal restaurant.

This hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport and near the ferry terminal. It is also within easy reach of the city center, making it a great choice for travelers who prefer a quieter location. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the city at a reasonable price, which is a plus considering the high taxi fares in the area.

All aspects of the hotel met our expectations.

Price was rather competitive

Lacking of parking space - reserved for ball room guest, park by contractors. Even not occupied, not opened to room guest, up to 4 hours earlier; Hygiene level of dining room need to improve - sometime I doubt they merely rinsed with hot water, not using detergent (dried food residue between forks, oily); Fly wandering (no flies trap);

Overall good hotel, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, nice beds, affordable laundry service, variety of breakfast options.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It was easy to find and located near both the airport and the city center. Moreover, we enjoyed exploring various local restaurants and souvenir shops near the Kuching waterfront. The hotel facilities were clean, efficient, and the breakfast selection was delightful. The hotel staff was always welcoming and helpful.

Bathroom is dirty, flush not funtion. breakfast not so nice

the hotel is located far from the city, difficult to move around. I have to spend a lot on phone calls for taxi & taxi fares.Difficult to find place to eat except for chinese food near by. The breakfast menus served by the hotel's cafe are too limited and the taste is not as expected ( really sorry to say, it was not good at all).
