The hotel is really good. Beautiful rooms, very modern and very clean Please note that all furniture and Electric Appliances in the room new and in excellent condition. Around the hotel is a forest and see a lovely castle.

loved our stay in eisenach, and this time at pentahotel was even better than before. atmosphere and staff were amazing, rooms comfy with a lovely bed! food and drinks were great too, with a welcoming area and even a pool table. will definitely be back.

The breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold options and well supplied and efficient. It was the best breakfast of my trip.

The location. It suggested it was directly opposite Wartburg but it far from the castle with no view and a very long way from the city in an industrial park area. The woman on duty at reception on arrival was exceptionally rude and incompetent and pleasantness was rare everywhere, except for breakfast and cleaning staff.

Rather big hotel of ex-DDR luxury design. Big rooms with excellent view, good lingsize beds and bathroom. Very good free parking facilities and accommodation. Nice located to visit surrounding mountains and cities. In spring very cheap. Breakfast good organized and divers..

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. The location, although in an industrial area, was unique and added to the hotel's charm. It was fascinating to be opposite an Opel factory and see a different side of the city. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who were always there to assist me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly loved the small balcony where I could enjoy fresh air. The bed was incredibly cozy, providing me with a restful night's sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the modern design of the hotel.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. The hotel offers great amenities and services, including room service, laundry, and tours assistance.

I purposely picked this hotel to stay in because it had a fitness room in it and it is essential that I practice a minimum amout each day for health reasons. however, on arrival the hotel only had one weight machine and nothing else. I would have chosen a different hotel if i had known this

The hotel really had a nice design, especially the lobby/bar/restaurant. Price of breakfast at 14 euro is expensive but it is very good.

Our room had no chair, only a really small couch (puff) which is rather uncomfortable and minimalistic when you are with two and want to work at the desk or watch television

We got great value for our money at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable and the bed was huge, perfect for co-sleeping with our baby. The hotel's location in an industrial complex was unique, and the staff treated us like VIPs. They were always friendly and accommodating, especially with our pet.

The hotel was modern and efficient. The view over the valley was exceptional. We only stayed one night, but our experience was very pleasant. We will stay again.

The view and room/amenities=bath tub and soaps/lotions + welcome mineral water were great!! A restaurant on site was also very convenient...loved the bier garten-feel of the outdoor patio. The free half hour of Internet on their computer in the was perfect for our needs!!

The nearby business that began "banging" at 6am, on a Saturday, with our windows open for a hot summer night. I know this is not the fault of the hotel...just the locale.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the welcoming restaurant and bar area with a pool table to entertain us. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We particularly appreciated how they provided an extra bed for our baby to ensure extra safety while co-sleeping. The hotel was also perfectly situated, with easy access to green areas and a nearby castle that we enjoyed visiting. The cleanliness was also impressive.

I recently stayed at Pentahotel for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle provided to prepare a delicious cup of tea. I was particularly impressed by the secure windows for pets and the bowl of water that was prepared for my medium-sized dog. The location, surrounded by green areas, was perfect for walks with my furry friend, especially on sunny days. it was a fantastic stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and thoughtful amenities for pets.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
