  The location is good, staff do not seem to be too interested and the pool needs to be shaded more as tended to be more like a warm bath.

  Comfortable surroundings, the sea side restaurant was great and the pools were clean and provided a place for everyone. Most of the staff were very good and bed on front veranda was very handy. Not hot food was excellent.

  Great view to the sea from the restaurant, lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff were very good no trouble fulfilling your requests. The room was spacious and the breakfast was not up to much and we had better for the same price elsewhere in Bali.

  The location was great on the beach front and close to shopping, the welcome was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our rooms were always clean and tidy, the menu for lunch and evening meal was also very good.

  Great location and comfortable cozy hotel. Nice and friendly staff, its not same as in the internet picture, kind of deceiving, huge huge huge ants and small ants all in babthrrom, in the sink, in the toilet, on the walls. Very good breakfast.

  Wifi only available in reception / bar areas, would have liked access in the rooms, the bed is massive and very comfortable.

  Restaurant on the sea front, wonderful view, the beach front cafe atmosphere and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Meals we had at restuarant were good.

  Great location and good quality for the price. Courteous n friendly staff, nice gardens and pools.

  No hot water for first day and towels far too thin.

  Not a nice beach immediately in front of hotel, room makeup walked in on me one morning I was asleep.

  Staff very friendly and great breakfast.

  The linen on the bed cover was stained in several areas, coffee also was poor quality and room service was very slow and limited and my 14 day holiday the worst meal I had.
